2018 is the year for British Charcuterie! Hot on the heels of Cannon & Cannon's British Cured Meats Festival in May, Henrietta Green and her team hosted the inaugural British Charcuterie Awards at Countryfile Live in Oxfordshire. We are proud to have won two awards; Bronze for our Royale Ham and Gold for Norfolk Mustard Salami.
There was a British charcuterie tent set up for the duration of the show, with lots of great demonstrations including ham calving and how to cure your own salami. British charcuterie platters were also served in the café so it was a fantastic way to raise the profile of local produce and an opportunity to try before you buy.
