This month we are heading back to the NEC for Farm Shop & Deli Show 2017. We have teamed up with Richard Paul from Bradburys, who will be on stage with Colin discussing British charcuterie and regional cheese pairings. The duo will be on the Farm Shop & Deli Live stage on the 25th April at 4pm. After the session, come and visit us on stand M20 where we will have our full range of British Charcuterie available to taste, as well as our three new snacking salamis!
