Mark Hix on Woodall's Charcuterie

Mark Hix is a big fan of Woodall's Charcuterie, often using it in his recipes for The Independent. He has recently dished up celery hearts with our Cumbrian Air-Dried Ham, saying ‘Woodall’s air-dried Cumbrian ham is a fantastic and relatively new find for me, and it now appears on my menus on a regular basis'.
