Cod fillets wrapped in Black Combe Ham with buttered greens

2 cod fillets
70g Black Combe Ham
200g green beans
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Salt & pepper 


  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Lay 4 slices of Black Combe Ham flat on a chopping board. Place a cod fillet on top and wrap. Place on baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes depending on fillet size.
  3. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Trim the green beans then add to the pan, cooking for 3 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain the water and serve, with the cooked cod fillet placed on top of the beans.
