Cumberland Salami & Stilton Bruschetta
6 sourdough slices
70g Cumberland Salami
70g Stilton cheese
1 pack cherry tomatoes
- Lightly toast the sourdough slices until brown on both sides.
- Ruffle three slices of salami per piece of toast and hold in place with cubes of Stilton cheese.
- Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and garnish with a few chives.
