Cumberland Salami & Stilton Bruschetta

6 sourdough slices 
70g Cumberland Salami
70g Stilton cheese
1 pack cherry tomatoes


  1. Lightly toast the sourdough slices until brown on both sides.
  2. Ruffle three slices of salami per piece of toast and hold in place with cubes of Stilton cheese.
  3. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and garnish with a few chives.
