Cumbrian Ham & Fig Bruschetta

Ingredients: 
6 sourdough slices 
70g Cumbrian Ham
3 fresh figs
Rosemay Sprigs

Method:

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough slices until brown on both sides.
  2. Ruffle a slice of ham onto each piece of toast. Slice the figs and balance on top.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprigs to finish.
