Cumbrian Ham parcels filled with soft cheese

70g Cumbrian Ham
150g soft cheese
50g walnuts, chopped
Fresh chives


  1. Cut each slice of ham in half. Lay out two slices to make a cross.
  2. Place a small bit of soft cheese in the middle of the slices and top with walnut pieces. Be careful not to overfill the parcels.
  3. Gather the ham and pinch together at the top before tying with a chive to hold it together.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients have been used and serve as part of a platter or as canapés.
