Cumbrian Ham parcels filled with soft cheese
70g Cumbrian Ham
150g soft cheese
50g walnuts, chopped
- Cut each slice of ham in half. Lay out two slices to make a cross.
- Place a small bit of soft cheese in the middle of the slices and top with walnut pieces. Be careful not to overfill the parcels.
- Gather the ham and pinch together at the top before tying with a chive to hold it together.
- Repeat until all ingredients have been used and serve as part of a platter or as canapés.
