Loaded Hasselback Potato with Salami & Cheese
4 baking potatoes
70g Black Pepper & Garlic Salami
50g Somerset brie
15g cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each potato from side to side multiple times, being careful not to cut all the way through. Leave approximately 2cm uncut at the base so the potato holds together but allows you to pull the slices apart slightly.
- Season with salt & pepper then put in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
- Take the potatoes out of the oven and fill alternate slices with pieces of brie and salami. Top with grated cheese.
- Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
