Pressed Picnic Sandwich with Black Pepper & Garlic Salami

Serves: 4

1x ciabatta loaf
5x tbsp of tomato relish
140g Black Pepper & Garlic Salami
300g mozzarella balls, sliced
28g fresh basil



  1. Slice the ciabatta in half and spread the bottom part with the tomato relish. Add the sliced salami then the sliced mozzarella.
  2. Tear the basil leaves and add then finish with the top part of the ciabatta.
  3. Wrap tightly in cling film and place a heavy pan on top and keep in the fridge overnight.
  4. To serve, slice into handheld pieces.
