Pressed Picnic Sandwich with Black Pepper & Garlic Salami
1x ciabatta loaf
5x tbsp of tomato relish
140g Black Pepper & Garlic Salami
300g mozzarella balls, sliced
28g fresh basil
- Slice the ciabatta in half and spread the bottom part with the tomato relish. Add the sliced salami then the sliced mozzarella.
- Tear the basil leaves and add then finish with the top part of the ciabatta.
- Wrap tightly in cling film and place a heavy pan on top and keep in the fridge overnight.
- To serve, slice into handheld pieces.
