Smoked Pancetta & Tomato Bruschetta

Serves: 4

6 sourdough slices 
100g Smoked Pancetta
30g soft cheese
1 pack cherry tomatoes
Fresh herbs


  1. Grill the Smoked Pancetta until crispy then set aside.
  2. Lightly toast the sourdough slices until brown on both sides.
  3. Spread a thin layer of soft cheese onto the toast. Slice the cherry tomatoes and place evenly on each slice.
  4. Crumble the Smoked Pancetta into large pieces and finish with freshly chopped herbs.
