Smoked Pancetta & Tomato Bruschetta
6 sourdough slices
100g Smoked Pancetta
30g soft cheese
1 pack cherry tomatoes
- Grill the Smoked Pancetta until crispy then set aside.
- Lightly toast the sourdough slices until brown on both sides.
- Spread a thin layer of soft cheese onto the toast. Slice the cherry tomatoes and place evenly on each slice.
- Crumble the Smoked Pancetta into large pieces and finish with freshly chopped herbs.
