Woodall's Cumbrian Air-Dried Ham is traditionally hand cured using an old family recipe. The hams are then matured for 6 months to create a prosciutto style ham with a delicate, sweet flavour. We have the first prosciutto style ham to be produced commercially in the UK. Whilst gracing many fine dining rooms the product has also been a favourite with explorers - it's fuelled several Everest ascents as well as powered sailors around the Vendez Globe Yacht Race.
All pork used by Woodall's is selectively sourced and butchered using only British Outdoor Bred pigs.
