Here we bring together our air dried Cumbrian ham, the original prosciutto style ham to be used in the UK; our air dried Royale Ham, developed from a Suffolk ham recipe, pickled in Timothy Taylor’s ale and lightly smoked; and our Cumberland Salami, inspired by our Cumberland Sausage recipe that was traditionally either eaten fresh or air dried to eat over the winter months.
All pork used by Woodall's is selectively sourced and butchered using only British Outdoor Bred pigs.
