Woodall's Cumbrian Air-Dried Ham is traditionally hand cured using an old family recipe. The hams are then matured for 6 months to create a prosciutto style ham with a delicate, sweet flavour. We have the first prosciutto style ham to be produced commercially in the UK. Our Cumbrian Ham featured on the menu of RMS Titanic; great business, but low on repeat orders. Whilst gracing many fine dining rooms the product has also been a favourite with explorers - it's fuelled several Everest ascents as well as powered sailors around the Vendez Globe Yacht Race.

Available in: 70g & 300g sliced packs or whole boneless legs (minimum 3.4kg). Our whole Cumbrian hams are supplied in 2 halves, both individually branded and vacuum packed.

Ingredients: Pork Leg, Salt, Sugar, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate. Produced using 150g raw pork per 100g of finished product.
